More Self LUV : More Self Luv....Week #3

As I was preparing this week's post, I felt a sensing to speak about tears...I confess, that there are times that I am "A wimp...cry baby"(I had a "few" crying moments this week...),but for the most part, I very rarely cry. Now that doesnt mean that I don't have things to cry about,(just stay tuned for "Perspectives",an audio wisdom Nugget this week) whether good or not so good, but I guess it just stays in the resovoir within me until it's time to be released..OUT. The water breaks b4 the baby emerges.....SELAH....

When i do have crying moments, I always feel better afterwards, as crying is cleansing of the soul. It releases tentions that have been pent-up for whatever reason or another. Have you cried lately???? Ideas to help you release through crying. Get a mushy movie or a very very funny movie, either way you are sure to release some tears!!!!!
